Top 5 Must Have Photos with your Bridesmaids!

"A best friend is like a four leaf clover—hard to find and lucky to have." - Irish Proverb

The big day has come and you are moments away from walking down the aisle and meeting your groom. You wake up the morning of your wedding day surrounded by your best girlfriends who are there to celebrate every second of the day with you. These are precious moments you will want to remember forever, so here are FIVE must-have photos to have captured with your Bridesmaids!

1. Getting Ready (hair & makeup): Girl time!! 💕

The music is playing, you have mimosas in your hand, the girls are all dolled up and you’re just having fun! As you’re getting ready with your girlfriends in the morning have your photographer capture this. These photos are going to show how much fun you guys were having the morning of your wedding and they are going to be so beautiful!A toast to the bride — and those who helped make her day so special — is definitely an order. The circle effect created by the from-below angle not only makes for a unique shot but focuses attention on what’s at hand, literally — the bubbly.

2. Bridesmaids helping you get ready!

This is one of the most special moments that need to be captured. This is more of an intimate moment with you and your best friends! These are the girls who have been with you through thick and thin and you have asked them to be next to you on one of the biggest days of your life! These photos you will cherish for years to come.

3. Group/Individual shots!

Have your photographer gather all of your bridesmaids together for a few group photos. Everyone getting ready, and all dressed up! This is a great opportunity to get photos together in your matching robes and in those gorgeous dresses! You also want individual shots, make sure your photographer captures shots of you with each of your bridesmaids.

4. Under the Veil Shot: Get creative and have fun!

Fit your bridal party (or a few bridesmaids) under your veil for a fun photo! Not only is the bridal veil a traditional accessory for the bride on her wedding day, but it also helps soften the mood capturing stunning bridal portraits with a light and airy style!

5. Reception Shots: Your maid of

honor(s) speeches and dancing with your besties all night long!

These photos show emotion and help you relive the day just by looking at them. Have your DJ throw on a song just for the girls and get to the dance floor! Enjoy some of of the last dances with the girls one more time before the night is over. Make sure your photographer snaps some of the fun taking place out on the dance floor!
